Welcome to the 5th episode of my podcast. There are many sweets that make use of chocolate and I'd like to introduce some of them. And, next month is Saint Valentine's Day. I recommend the best of chocolate sweets. For example, chocolate cake, raw chocolate, truffe, fondant chocolat, chocolate cookie, brownie and so on. Standard chocolate sweets are raw chocolate, truffe, fondant chocolat and brownie. I recommend truffe and fondant chocolat. Beginner can make truffe of easy. Fondant chocolat is difficult for beginner but you should practice for making fondant chocolat. Chocolate go out of cake. So "fondant" means melt in French. Please try to make fondant chocolat.
