Saint Valentine's Day is coming soon! Do you know what day is Saint Valentine's Day? It's February 14th. I like Saint Valentine's Day because it is romantic so I am exciting. So, I'd like to introduce my Saint Valentine's Day memory. When I was 18 years old, I was one-sided love. I decided to give a chocolate! So, I never give chocolate favorite man. This day, I got up early because I make truffe. I never make truffe. I make truffe as I read cooking book. I think I can make truffe easy but I miss in make truffe so I put too much fresh cream to make truffe. I was very sad so I cried over regret. So that I have to gave store chocolate. He was gladly so I was happy! And, I was very very very happy!!! Because, I went together with him on Saint Valentine's Day! So, it was Saint Valentine's Day magic! I will give a fondant chocolat for him on this Saint Valentine's Day. I should practice fondant chocolat again and again. I am looking forward to Saint Valentine's Day. And I want to be good at patissier. Do you give chocolate for anyone on this Saint Valentine's Day?
